Updated the article to fix the errors - nickel production actually represents more of a constraint than I initially calculated, but shouldn't materially change the actual 2025 EV estimates (it just limits the upper bounds). Given pressure to boost nickel mining (especially from Musk), plus the clear demand for such metals, I wouldn't be surprised if more mines are brought online before 2025 and capacity exceeds 450,000 tonnes.
